If you need to make a return, you are welcome to do so within 28 days. Please contact us to arrange a return.
All returned items must be sent unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We take hygiene very serious at Mop PRO. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note that if it has been over 28 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are damaged when received. Please send us a picture of the item to email@example.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 3 working days.
Please send us an email for our return address as it is different to our sending address.
Please make sure your delivery information is correct when placing your order. Your information is automatically processed for delivery and can not be changed. You may be charged a delivery fee if you require a redelivery.
